If you're anything like me, you were washing your hands ALL WRONG before March of 2020. We all had a crash-course in hygiene, and another crash-course in the value of toilet paper. Much like preparing for security emergencies, there are two kinds of health-related emergencies. There is a health-only emergency (think COVID-19) where the emergency IS directly caused by some … [Read more...] about Basic Preparedness for Health and First Aid Emergencies
Getting Started as a Prepper
Many people think that prepping is hard, expensive, and requires a complete lifestyle change. The reality is getting started as a prepper is easy, cheap, and low-impact.
There are several shortcuts that make it easy to get started as a prepper. Early primates started organizing together to gain 'strength in numbers' and those organizations became more and more sophisticated as human societies developed and evolved. Today, … [Read more...] about How to Die: Get Attacked or Robbed

I also like most fruit and some vegetables. Vegetables are heavily represented on the short list of food I DON'T like. Squash is at the top of that list. I only like fried squash. My … [Read more...] about Basic Emergency Preparation – Food
